[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything seems well frozen/refrigerated. The ice dropping and refilling is a tad noisy. I’m also not used to hearing it run most the time. I was told new refrigerators are manufactured to keep the temperature at the set point, so they run 80-90% of the time. The water/ice dispenser is not as tall as I’d like so my water bottle won’t fit easily to get water dispensed into it.

Last one I bought was a Whirlpool Gold and it was still working after 15 years but I knew sooner or later I would need a new one. Finally settled on this one and so happy I was able to take my time and find this one. Hope it lasts just as long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this refrigerator as I am having the same issue with this one that I had with the one they replaced. Actually this one is worse. I am getting condensation on the bottom freezer drawer along the gasket. Pictures attached.

this is a nice refrig We got it in 2017 and it still works
Sometimes in certain areas on the top section stuff will freeze…. for instance, lettuce or even Cheese
The past year it is making sounds like there are chipmunks inside juggling acorns.
The water dispenser does not work well. we change the filter often but the flow is very very slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought June 1, 2024. The freezer handle is already off. When you get crushed ice, it goes everywhere. It lacks on space for an average sized family. The freezer drawer makes it very difficult to find things without removing other items first. The refrigerator door storage on the left holds nothing more than a lemon or lime juice bottle. The right side has adjustable shelves but regardless of the arrangement, it is difficult to fit multiple condiment bottles in it. It looks great. It is just not functional for a family and it is not at all durable. Our last fridge worked great for 17 years. This one is already breaking .

The ice machine is great! I’m still figuring out how to organize my fruits and veggies because it does not have the traditional drawers, but I like it!

Zero rating (no options for that) very unsafe product. Every 5-10 seconds have auto power outage error message without any interruption of main power supply. This is new and whirlpool change it’s electric board but worked only 1 months. Please take this product for free, since it is unsafe for all of us at home lives or withdraw this product from market.
