[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very stressful purchase. It took them 5 refrigerators to get one I would accept. I am also finding it to be very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought by my landlord to replace my old one. Fridge is very nice, but the freezer is extremely small. There are curves that don’t allow you to move stuff all the way back. Fridge part is big, but for the overall hight the freezer is so small. Not enough room to put a small frozen pizza so it stands up. 2 shevles total hight off frezzer 15 inches. Have to move everything out to find stuff. Stainless steel face shows all the fingerprints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been having trouble with this refrigerator freezer since I purchased it I would not suggest others to buy Whirlpool. Close one door and the other door open, I have tape on it. The seals are not any good pickles at the suggested setting. Repair man has been out waiting for him to return with parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge and it works well, however there is a big issue with the freezer popping open each time you shut the fridge. I don’t think I would ever buy another friidge like this one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like the new refrigerator! We have a galley kitchen and the refrigerator fits snug and back further than the old one! Two items that I must bring to your attention are as follows: 1st – There is no light in the freezer (really?), this should be standard equipment in all freezers. 2nd – And most important is that the lower ridge of the freezer door is extremely sharp and I have scraped my head on it more than once! Furthermore, I’ve bled more than once from those scrapes! Quality matters and this is NOT acceptable! Something should be done to correct this issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the size/type we needed, not many available (simple 18CF/top freezer, no ice maker). Were aware of other customer (-) comments & design deficiencies but decided to replace (30 y.o.) Whirlpool fridge w/ another. Several disappointing design aspects & delivered w/ minor factory damage (already replaced top shelf/cold cut drawer). Most notable (-), louder vs old, esp. higher frequencies, but worst: freezer temps seems inconsistent. Placed 2 small thermometers to monitor (front & back; fridge, too, to read as soon as door is opened); one day ice cream is solid, temp near 0, another day ice cream soft, temp higher. Hope we don’t have to repair/replace.

This fridge is less than a year old and the door seal has started separating from the fridge. It now cannot maintain the expected temperature in the fridge nor the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very much a standard, no-frills fridge, but it keeps my refrigerated food cold and frozen food frozen. Plenty spacious for one or two people. Runs pretty quietly. Wish the crisper drawers were labeled for fruits and vegetables. It’s top freezer, which I’ve read are generally more efficient and reliable. Time will tell! It doesn’t come with an ice maker pre-installed, but you can buy one separately, and mine is technically connected to a water line. I’m fine using ice cube trays for now. Wish I had known there was a fingerprint resistant model available because while my stainless steel unit is nice to look at, it does attract fingerprints. Otherwise, no big complaints.
