Just had my new GE top load washer installed (3 days ago). So far so good. It seems to clean the clothes well and has shorter wash cycle times than my old front load. Hoping it continues to deliver for years to come.

The delivery process was excellent. They had my old washer gone and new one installed in less than 20 minutes! The washer has been fantastic. It’s huge, plenty big enough to wash a bedding set easily. The interface is easy to use with multiple different smart settings. Being able to see the clothes wash through the top is a pretty cool feature as well. Definitely very happy with my purchase and highly recommend to anyone looking for a washer

We had this washer for about a year and it was great. One day we noticed a big crack on the inside of the lid, on the hinge side. I went to look up the price of the replacement lid on this site and found all the reviews of the lid say the same thing. The lid on this washer cracks in the same area in about a year. To replace the lid will cost more than half the price of the whole washer.

So far I love this washer. It has a lot of useful options and is easy to operate. I love the deep wash option. I can wash my bulky king bedspread with no problem. You also have several options for the spin cycle which is helpful if you are washing a small or large load.

Terrible very dissatisfied- if I could afford it I’d toss it! I know energy guidelines minimize water usage but this washer doesn’t use enough to always wet the clothes much less clean them! I have tried everything suggested by users guide & doesn’t help- especially dark clothes leaves white streaks where (I guess?) lint gathers. Usually that only happens if over loaded – not the case here. Wish I had my old washer back!

LOVE this washing machine. First time I am using an Impeller washer and my clothes just came out so clean and wrinkle free. I was intimidated of it at first having never used a non agitator top loading washer, but it’s just the best cleaning and so gentle on my clothes. GE provides you with everything you need to know. GE profile is my favorite appliances. This model I got in white but it also comes in a beautiful Diamond gray which attracted me immediately to check out this washing machine. Of course I bought the dryer too.

This washer is very loud, sounds like transmission straining to wash as it aggerates. Never have I heard any washer this loud. Big concerns since I’ve had my house flooded by a faulty washer. Then the thing breaking down and having the hassle’s of staying on the phone and getting mad

I’ve had my washer for less than 60days. And I can not load this washer as the old school washer due to it being so sensitive. It already needs servicing. The door won’t lock, with a clicking noise as if it’s trying. Then suddenly it says the load has ended without washing the load. Super frustrating.

One month in now and no issues. Washer is a little loud on the spin cycle but I’m getting used to it. It’s also because it’s located in a first-floor laundry room. Glass top scratches easy so be careful. Glad I chose this model for the features and the price compared to other manufacturers I looked at. Still getting used to all settings and wifi is probably unnecessary but kind of cool for notifications, etc. Like the extra water fill feature for some loads. Washed a king sized comforter, no problem. Washer and Dryer fit nice in my small laundry room. Wish the end of cycle tone was louder / adjustable.

Even though mine does not have the big agitator, I love it! It allows me to add extra water when I don’t like the water level it is trying to wash. I do wish it would let me add extra water to the colt selection, but I am still learning it and there may be an option in there somewhere for it. Washes good and so far, I super love it!
