It was a dryer it was sent damaged it was obvious but they sent it to me anyway shipped with fedex the box was all taped up and crushed but so what they made me have to deal with it, shame on you !!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous Whirlpool dryer that was such excellent quality and lasted so many years. So I got this one and it’s only been a couple of weeks but it’s doing the job! The interior is so much roomier and can dry large loads efficiently. I highly recommend this dryer if you have a big family. I have a family of four and m kids do sports, so to keep up with laundry, I do one load a day. This dryer is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine last month to replace my old Whirlpool that is over 18 years old and have used it 4-5 times a week. No problems and I didn’t expect any.
My old Whirlpool dryer took over an hour to dry clothes and sometimes had to do another hour but it was 18 years old and not worth repairing as the repair is almost as much as a new basic dryer,
I will continue purchasing Whirlpool appliances. This specific model doesn’t have all the bells and whistles and is not “smart” but those are things I do not want. Just more to break in my opinion.

With that being said, I wish it had a longer cycle for air dry 30 minutes is not long enough. I’m still getting used to this dryer however I think I’m gonna like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with the performance of this gas dryer although I took a star away due to an issue with the Door Catch Latch at the top of the door opening. As I load clothes into the dryer, I occasionally get a piece of clothing caught on the door latch at the top of the opening. So far it hasn’t caused any damage to my clothes, but I think designing it differently would alleviate the problem.
