It’s the best one I ever had, works really quietly and is very very efficient. It also looks so good either open on closed, has a lot of space inside for anything that needs to be wash, and is super super quiet.

Overall happy with the dishwasher’s performance and features – especially the auto open at the end of the cycle and the WiFi-controls and connectivity. The noise is really suppressed on this dishwasher while running. Wife loves the added 3rd rack for utensils.

This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble since day one. A part was leaking on the first day. Eventually that part was replaced, but the new part continued a slow leak (undetected for a while) until the replacement part just fell off. I’ve tried to fix that part multiple times, but the leak always comes back.
Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with Samsung dishwashers.
Outside of that, the dishwasher doesn’t clean nearly as well as my last dishwasher. I don’t think I’ll be buying another Samsung appliance.

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well.
My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn’t rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail.
I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue.
My point is don’t waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung dishwasher for about a year now and am even more in love with it. It has features that my previous one did not have to my delight. The third top rack for small items, the adjustable middle rack and the separators on the bottom rack that can be up or down (in sections) make life so much easier. It talks to my phone and all of my other Samsung products are Alexa/Echo attached for convenience. Can life get any easier in the kitchen!

We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.
