[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am somewhat disappointed in this dishwasher. The bottom rack, where I put heavy pots and pans feels flimsy. The uneven divisions in the bottom rack makes it difficult to place bowls. The silverware basket seems small. The upper rack is hard to load with bowls because the racks force you to lay them across two spaces, instead of standing up in one. Ie. They tip over. Glasses and cup are ok, but the hardware on the side is bulky and limits what you can place. The upper rack is ok, but not nearly as useful as it first looks. My major complaint however is that the “Quick Wash” cycle doesn’t have enough drying power. I don’t want a three hour setting for dishwasher—that’s ridiculous. On the plus side—it works! We had to buy a new dishwasher; the old one had died. I wish I had chosen a less expensive one with a white inside. In our kitchen this dishwasher is dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this dishwasher. Every dish comes out clean, even dishes that were not rinsed before washing. The stainless steel racks make everything much drier than the coated racks that I had with my previous dishwasher. I highly recommend this model.

The control panel cover in the top has “unstuck” itself in a section and won’t reattach. Outside of this issue the dishwasher is quiet and cleans well. It is just frustrating because Thai issue appeared around the second month of using the dishwasher. Not sure if this issue is fixable or if we would want to come out of pocket to fix it… maybe whirlpool should investigate this issue further to ensure their adhesive is stronger. I am sure it is the heat coming out of the vent that facilitated the detachment of the strip.

We purchased one of these types of dishwashers by Whirlpool, within about 1-2 years a part on the door that provides the deceleration when the door opens, completely broke. Do NOT buy Whirlpool! Unfortunately, we also bought Whirlpool fridge before we realized what poor quality Whirlpool appliances are made with and the lack of integrity. Within about 1-2 years the ice/water broke, and within 6-7 years it stopped working completely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came in our new construction home. I can’t wait to replace it. I am pretty religious about cleaning the dishwasher and disposal. After about a week in the house I noticed an odor in the kitchen. Turns out there was a small amount of water in the dishwasher filter. I put in a warranty request both through the builder and whirlpool and it turns out this is the design of the dishwasher. 2″ of standing water is normal and disgusting! Needless to say we’re now in the market for a replacement. Horrible design Whirlpool! This is so gross!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into new house with dishwasher part of pkg. Indicator function strip on top of door coming off . They need to replace this strip. I don’t know how service is but I guess I’ll find out when I turn this in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool dishwashers are great. Have owned a few of them over the years. This dishwasher is no exception. I really love the 3rd tray…it is great for knives and smaller items. Even with this, it has not reduced the amount of dishes that go on the other two trays. Cleans exceptionally well and has ample capacity for the rinse aid. Will stay with Whirlpool appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for about a month and have no complaints. It is larger than our previous one and has a 3rd rack drawer on the top that I wasn’t sure I’d use, but I find it very useful for lids and spatulas etc. The inside is large and can hold a lot of dishes and pans. The machine is super quiet and does a great job getting things clean and dry! I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 2 weeks ago, quick and efficient delivery and installation. We upgraded from an older Bosch 10 yr old, unfortunately it started leaking in multiple locations when we pulled it out and it was time. We have either bought Whirlpool or Bosch products. Decided to go with Whirlpool, with simple controls. Nothing too complex or electronic to reduce breakdown of electronics. Very pleased so far with the ultra quiet cycles it has. It even tells you how long each cycle is. Unfortunately I don’t think there is a time delay start like our old one but it’s ok. We’ll see how it lasts compared to the last one. I love the 3rd rack on top with its own sprayer for awkward shaped utensils like spatulas, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not impressed with the quality of the 3rd rack, when sliding it in and out to load silverware the silverware slides all around and has to be reorganized every time. I am not impressed with the cycle times as I feel they are too long. I feel a good dishwasher should be able to clean dishes well within 2 hours. The only cycle under 3 hours is the quick wash which won’t even let you use the high temp wash setting. It washes okay but I am not wowed by it by any means. Not the quietest dishwasher I’ve had.
