Very dissapointed! It works fine on the floor but it is SO hard on rugs. Any big heavy rug I have to push with my whole body to vacuum it, any light, machine washable one it sucks it up so itās not able to move without picking it up! Not able to keep this as I canāt vacuum my rugs!

I am pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum cleaner works, the suction rivals the suction of my Dyson vacuum cleaner! The only problem that I had was trying using it with attachments and not detaching the canister from the bottom because the vacuum falls over. The remedy for this is to detach the canister and sit it on a solid surface or carry it. Weāre working on a historical home and one of our workers said that it is almost as good as a wet/dry vac. I highly recommend this vacuum!

LOVE this vacuum! Iād borrowed one from a friend so knew Iād like it. No bags! Easy to clean. Great suction. A little hard to maneuver due to the cord. Have to keep it over my shoulder. I had a terrible mess and expensive filthy carpets to clean (long story) This vacuum saved my sanity. Just kept filling and emptying the container.

this is my first vacuum purchase. my new apartment came with entire carpeted floors which isn’t great. BUT! this vacuum is a godsend! wow! suction power is amazing, this pulled so much dust and pet hair from the carpet. so amazing! note, I did try it on a little rug/bathmat type thing and it seemed not great, way too much suction even after adjusting the setting so maybe not ideal for area rugs. but if u have carpet, you will.be very pleased with this purchase! the cord as some have said isn’t super long but was more than enough for my apt (under 700 square feet). just plugged it into a different outlet for the bedroom, no biggie. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this purchase. also, I did buy refurbished. no issues. less cost. worth it!

This vacuum is quite heavy and loud but does have a ton of suction power and canister capacity. Cord length was fine, it just barely got to all of the areas in a one bedroom apartment. But my issues are that it is missing the accessory holder and one of the accessories (not the pet hair one but the brushed nozzle) even if it is a renewed/refurbished item.

Absolutely love this vacuum. The suction and easy swivel is great. It’s not to bulky and storing it in a closet is no problem.

Iāve used Shark for over a decade while raising 5 children. Iāve liked them with a few caveats. Affordable, great suction, durability. My gripe was no retractable cord, which continues to be an issue. That said, these new models have removed the light, and reduced the tools down to two useless pointless wastes of existence. Keep your old tools if you have an old Shark that just finally died. The new one seems unstable, as well. Canāt seem to keep it moving in a straight line. Why do manufacturers keep taking good products and making the worse instead of better?
