This vacuum is easy to use both in standard push vacuum mode and with the attachments. Changing from standard to hose is literally a push of a button to pull out the hose and begin vacuuming edges and corners. The suction is GREAT!!! It is so good that I have vacuumed up socks and other small items. These items were easy to remove from the dust canister. Would definitely recommend this vacuum for anyone needing a powerful and easy to use vacuum cleaner!!!

Performance is the best I’ve owned! It pulls up everything! I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and 2 of those dogs are shedders as well as the cat! This keeps our carpets looking great and pulls up the hair with ease! It’s super easy to clean out and I love that I don’t have a cord to wrap up anymore. The value was great and I’m glad I didn’t waste money on a machine that cost way more and functions equally as well.

I will say I wasn’t happy at first when I realized I bought another Bissell. I had bought one not even 2 years ago, faithfully cleaned it, and it doesn’t work at all anymore. I noticed where the hose inserts into the vacuum it had an air leak and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it to close and stop the suction from being weakened by whatever caused it to not lock in place anymore. I have torn the thing apart and there’s nothing being blocked, cleaned the filters, did everything and now nothing is going into the canister. I’ve had to replace the belt repeatedly being it breaks over the smallest thing. A vacuum should last longer than 2yrs. I run 2 businesses out of my home so needed a vacuum asap and this was the only one that would be delivered next day every other one wanted me to wait days or even weeks. When I pulled this out of the bag I will say this was a quick snap together vacuum. I didn’t need to screw the handle into the base or anything. I do see the hose is the same way on the side where I just turn it to lock it in which makes me wonder how long before this one doesn’t close if I have to take it off for any reason. The cord length is the same as my old one which was another negative as I was hoping for a much longer cord. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and plug it into my kitchen which is in the center of my place. I can’t even reach to my sliding glass door without maneuvering and hoping I don’t hit something and spill anything. I am guessing this also takes belts which was another option I was looking to do away with. The old shark I had either didn’t have them or it never broke no matter what I ran over being I never had to change it for years. As always when you buy any new vacuum the suction is amazing. The amount I sucked up really makes you realize how much your other vacuum didn’t get. We will see if this holds up in 6 months, or a year and if I can still say the suction is just as good. If I have issues I will update at that time.

I am a senior with stairs and dogs. I love this vacuum. It’s lightweight and so handy since I am able to use the active wand with ease. It’s powerful and easy to empty the bagless canister. It was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because my other one finally croaked after almost 15 years, and needed to get a new one. I researched and researched, and finally settled on this one, and after one month month, this is my assessment so far:
– Price: This vacuum definitely punches way above its weight when it comes to price vs value. While this was not the cheapest vacuum price-wise, it is what I believe to be by far the best value for the money, especially considering the fact that it comes from an established brand with a great reputation for building high quality products.
– Quality: excellent quality. The vacuum is solid, even though it’s all plastic. The vacuum is small and compact, yet powerful, especially when my old vacuum cleaner, it feels like 15 years of technology advancement really made a difference for me. The retractable cord is a nice touch for a vacuum of this price point.
– Suction: This vacuum cleaner is a powerful one. I have wooden floors, with a smattering of area carpets, and this vacuum has done a wonderful job of cleaning both surfaces with no problem whatsoever.
One thing to note, and maybe this was just me. Part of the handle was already broken when I got it, but I’m pretty certain that it was done somewhere on transit. I decided to keep it as is instead of sending it back because I really needed it, but you might want to make sure that there are no broken pieces.
