This is such a great ice maker for such a low price, my spouse and I absolutely love it and can’t really go without it now. It works so well and makes ice so quickly. Easy to fill up and just easy in general. I love this thing. I’ve had it about a month now and use it all day every day and it still is working perfectly. It also came with a big sheet of cute/hilarious stickers, some of them have nothing to do with ice makers whatsoever but the brand must make other things besides this and just put a sticker sheet in anything they send lol, it’s a cute touch though. We put one of the stickers on the machine and it looks like it belongs there. You do need to buy de-scaler/cleaner for it, the ice will start tasting weird if you don’t clean it out and cycle some water through it afterwards. The only small complaint is that I wish there was a place to put the scoop, we just have to set it on our counter. At least it does stand upright, the end of the handle is flat so you can stand it up next to the machine. It would just be nice if there were a different spot on the machine for it to go. Other than that, I love this! It gets me drinking water wayyyy more than I usually would… I have a hard time drinking water if it’s not cold and now that we have this I’m drinking ice water constantly. Oh, also the machine is a tiny bit on the loud side, I really don’t mind though at all, it doesn’t bother me. My spouse had been worried before it was delivered that it would be annoyingly loud and she says it doesn’t bother her either, it’s not as bothersome as she thought it would be.

The seller reached out to me after I had been sent a used product. This company has amazing customer service and couldnāt have been more helpful. They immediately sent me a replacement machine that was new and works perfectly. Itās compact, makes ice quickly, super easy to use. Making ice in trays was so time consuming so we are definitely happy to have this machine be so efficient. Thank you again for your great product, and even better customer service!
I was really excited to receive this ice machine until I opened the box and found a used product was sent to me. Receiving a replacement wasnāt an option so I had to request a refund and order a new machine.

Nothing special about this ice maker. Pros is that it makes ice. Cons is that it is loud and at times it doesn’t stop making ice. So keep your eye on it
Update: Tina from ecozy reached out to me about my review. This was a first forme ever. But anyways she asked me some questions about the ice maker so I told her why was wrong and after our conversation she sent me a new ice maker.
So I cleaned the new one and low and behold there is no buzzing sound and the machine isn’t loud at all. No issues with the ice continuing to make when full. I now give this machine a 5 star review and let me tell you this their customer service is top notch. Thanks again Tina. As I would have just dealt with it if you wouldn’t have sent me that message.

This is an awesome ice maker, works fantastic, low noise. Am very very Happy with the product. Have used almost every day since we got it, the ice will freeze up in bags in freezer, but all you do it smack the bag and you have your small ice pellets again fantastic .. ty
UPDATE: this original post was just days ago…. I am now having issues…. last night we had the machine on and making ice… it made some noises and stopped working..we checked manual and did all the things it said to do.. We shut it off cleaned out the remaingin ice, drained it … waited 30 mins re filled and put back on, it worked for maybe 5 mins or so making noise and not much ice being made… then we noted it was rather HOT, shut it off waited 30 mins, put back on ran for a bit not much ice, NOISY /HOT then stopped.. Seems now that is what it does …make a lot of noise very very little ice and gets hot and shuts off…. toooo expensive to waste money on this IMO.

OMG i like a lot about this ice maker but already started having problems. First it makes a ton of ice i mean a ton and fast when working right and I live in ARIZONA. The ice maker was loud at first, sounded like the microwave was running non-stop. After several days it got even louder. Now I crave bacon all the time because it sounds like i have a pig farm in my kitchen because the machine is now squealing a lot. I have done several cleaning cycles and have realized not all the water drains out yuck!!! The buttons don’t consistently work correctly and i have to unplug the machine often to get the water to flow again and make ice. The little water cover on top already broke. It has the capacity to hold a water jug and i have yet to find one that works I’ve tried 1,2,3 gallons and nothing!!!! They SHOULD GIVE you the appropriate water JUG for the price of this machine!!! ODDLY with all that’s going wrong I’m thinking I got a fluke failure and I will decide if i should try again!!! And ODDLY enough I think the REALLY annoying thing is the damn JUG lol!!!! I read customer service is great and I’ll update my rating accordingly!

Had an issue with the first unit and they had no problems sending out a second unit to replace it. Itās working very well and makes nice clear ice very quickly. I would order from this seller again.

Great ice maker that makes ice quickly! Nuggets are the perfect size/consistency. Super easy to set up, clean, and drain. Only draw back is that if you use the ice immediately it is great, but in the freezer it clumps together and has to be broken apart. It does break apart well, but it is a bit of a pain.

I love this ice machine! It makes āthe good iceā quickly. The ice isnāt exactly like Sonic, but still the good chewable ice.
The pros: it gets me to drink more water. Combine this ice with my Berkey water and itās SO good!! You get ice pretty quickly, easy maintenance/clean, easy to operate, small footprint, feels well made.
My only (low importance) con is that itās a little loud, but nothing that doesnāt end up becoming background noise like a fridge. But still, itās noticeable when itās on.
Overall, if youāre looking for an ice machine I say spend a bit more money for āthe good iceā instead of a bullet machine. For something you will use on the regular, itās worth it to get something that you actually enjoy.

This product is wonderful. It creates small to medium size ice in minutes. It can make small bag of ice you get from the store in couple of hours. It takes about 40mins to make full basket of ice, you can leave it there for hours and it only melts a little bit. You can empty the basket a bag and store it in the freeze for ice later. Great product, have used it for about a month now everyday and it still works great.
