we used it for a short time and then filled with mold. Cleaned it and hasn’t made more than 10 to 15 cubes of ice in a week.

Exactly what I needed to beat the heat! Gave it a moment to settle down after it was delivered, plug it in, add filtered water and in 10 minutes it gave me ice. Perfect!

This is the second one we bought. The bad news is that the first one stopped working after a half dozen runs. The good news is that the replacement (exact model) works like a dream. It has performed faster and better from the start. Lemons happen! The other good news is that Walmart made the return a breeze. From some of the reviews we read, we didn’t expect smooth sailing, but our Walmart had the issue handled in just several minutes. Props to them!

Takes a long time to produce the ice—several hours, and it almost needs to be full of water before making a small tray of ice—about the size of a shaker bottle. Yet, it’s faster than the freezer and convenient to use like an large industrial ice machine.

The only complaint is that there is no freezing unit for the ice once it is made. It needs to be removed right away. Otherwise, it is a powerful and reliable ice maker

This product is supposedly the product I had purchased about 3 or 4 years ago (same model number). Looks similar, but the inside dimensions of the ice reservoir are just slightly smaller and the drain holes are perpendicular to the old one. Therefore, the ice scoop i difficult to use and hangs on the slotted holes. Also this unit is much noisier and strained. I fear will it will wear out much sooner.

We enjoyed this ice maker for a few weeks, a couple of days ago it stopped working. We followed the trouble shooting details. Unplugged, drained, refilled with water. States add water. Nothing works. Otherwise, we would recommend this product.

Ice maker came defective right of the box, see my photo for reference. It appears it did not go through quality control and the parts were not installed correctly and flushed. I didn’t notice it until it inhibited the ice from dispensing into basket therefore causing the machine to stop making ice. Quite disappointing!!

I ordered this icemaker as a gift and as you can see the shipping package was not damaged but upon opening this is what I found. I contacted Walmart and they contacted the 2nd party vendor and asked them to contact me I still have not heard from them! I need this resolved as soon as possible.

I love this countertop ice maker. I use a lot of ice and the ice maker in my refrigerator doesn’t always make enough. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It begins making ice as soon as you plug it in and it makes a lot! I highly recommend purchasing this if you’re looking for a good countertop ice maker.
