The refrigerator is perfect for me. It was a fantastic sale price. I like the freezer on top. It is a basic white no frills refrigerator. For me less is better. I just need a refrigerator to keep my food cold and a decent freezer. I don’t need a refrigerator that is over full with all this technology in it.

IF POSSIBLE INSTALL A LIGHT IN THE FREEZER.
THE INSIDE IS BIG AND SPACIOUS. PLENTY OF ROOM.

This product and other GE refrigerators are junk. We had 3 different GE refrigerators over the last several years and they only lasted barely over 2 years.
This particular model has lasted 7 weeks from time it was delivered. It’s going to take 2 week before a tech can look at it that is being scheduled by the store where I bought the refrigerator. All I really want is my money back so I can go buy a good refrigerator.

I like that it is spacious and that it has plenty of rooms. It is wide and beautiful and it is easy to clean. It fits perfectly to our small space. I am pretty sure that it will serve its purpose, however, it does not come with an ice maker nor light at the freezer, other than that I think it’s okay. I hope it’s durable.

This basic model is perfect as a garage refrigerator for the price. As noted by a previous reviewer the shelves bend a bit when filled with heavy items. Ours is filled with sodas, water and various flavored waters and when loaded it bends slightly. I’ll be placing something to provide a little more support. There seems to be enough room to store a bushel of crabs on top of the fruit/vegetable bins. Our main reason for purchasing this refrigerator is because it is rated to run during winter weather as our last refrigerator first used in the house tended to shut down when the temperatures really dipped below freezing. (Our Harvest Gold fridge always worked during the coldest of winters.) Sjnce we got this at the beginning of summer, it remains to be seen if it can withstand very cold weather.

when our Maytag fridge of 25 years suddenly stopped working, the repairman told me it was time for a new fridge, and his advice was that GE is the brand he least gets calls for fixing. i found this simple model for a reasonable price at best buy. we didn’t need all the bells and whistles, just something dependable. this fridge has been perfect. it’s quiet, spacious, and cold! not to mention it just looks good š

I am impressed with the spacious inside, even though the doors are twice as thick as my previous refrigerator. I honestly thought because of the “garage-ready label” to this refrigerator, I would be giving up the space because of the extra insulation. Above all, this unit is so quiet. I look forwarded to having this refrigerator for many years to come.

I loooooove this fridge! Perfect size not too big nor small but perfect for a small/standard household. I cook a lot believe it or not and to be honest something as simple as the climate zone was an issue with my last fridge where to as my vegetables were going bad waaay too fast, but this one seems to keep them fresh for as long as possible! On top of that as a postal carrier I like cold drinks! So on my break I’ll go home to grab something to drink and at one point i had to turn it down because the drinks were dang near frozen on setting 4 lol! All that to say at the price point it fits the actual term bang for your buck! Oh and by the way eaaaasy to clean as wellš

Best refrigerator ever, we had a ge for 15 years that was 14 cubic and now we have a 22 cubic. The extra cu ft looks empty lol. Such a great deal at our local small business. Was going to purchase a side by side but, didn’t have the space for our small kitchen but was extremely happy to have found this size it’s perfect! So happy..

We bought this fridge for our garage, and I think it will work fine, but considering it’s called garage ready, I would except the design to better suit a garage setting, especially it should sit higher off the ground, preferably with wheels. I would love if it had wheels like our old Gladiator with large caster wheels and stops that work well for garage use. The only similar Gladiators I could find didn’t have a freezer. They only come in either freezer or fridge. We will try to find some wheels to attach or set it on because it sits way too close to the floor for use in the garage. I like the black slate SS, and I like the glass shelves inside. I don’t like the door shelves which are not deep enough and too wide to keep items from falling over with door use, even small items. I’m not planning to keep gallons of milk in the garage. I do like the garage rating temps of 38*-110* and hope this fridge performs well in those temps, but haven’t had it long enough to know.
