Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it’s already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place had broken in half.

I wanted to update to stainless look abs choose to go with Samsung because it is one of my favorite brands. I own alot of Samsung items in my home. Can’t go wrong with the quality Samsung has to offer.

Plus I love that it connects to wifi and lets me know when the cycle is done if im downstairs. And the color is super nice with the champagne color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were installed a week ago. I’ve only used them 3x now but they’re a lot louder than I expected them to be. Loud clunking noises for washer and dryer without even a half load in them. Annoying for sure.

do not buy this front load washer. junk… from day one we’ve had issues with violent shaking getting worse over time until the warranty expires then it fails… had samsung service out twice in 1.5 years. after this next repair about everything inside has been replaced… latest issues are broken bolts and defective weight balancers… can’t use washer above lowest spin cycle. this unit is a definite lemon! i buy a lot of samsung products… phones, tvs… previous washer was also a samsung he front loader and lasted 10 years before shaft bent making it unrepairable. caution with samsung appliances! they have honored service under warranty but with all this shaking i’m sure this product will fail again after latest repairs sticking me with repair bills for this lemon.
