Ā I love this vacuum. We have a corded Dyson which is great and powerful and has lasted years. But now having a cat and needing to vacuum daily, I cannot lug that around easily. I got this because of the good reviews and slightly more affordable price and I think it is awesome!! Itās easy to use, easy to store, doesnāt take up much room, is so agile and can get around corners and under furniture, and makes the house smell good. Itās also easy to clean. I donāt understand the complaints about the suction. It works perfectly fine and picks up everything I need. We have a British shorthair who sheds a lot and I have to vacuum daily because of allergies and asthma in the house. It does an awesome job. I also love the headlights! The connectors make it easy to vacuum corners and furniture too! It is my favorite thing to use around the house to clean. I also think itās light and feasible to carry around. Someone complained about how heavy it is but I donāt think itās too bad. Highly recommend this!

I did a lot of research and reading of reviews before purchasing this vacuum. The reviews were mixed and I took the risk – so glad I did! I was tired of lugging my standard heavy plug-in vacuum around the house (also a Shark vacuum) and always tripping on the cord and having to wrap it up when I was finished. I wanted something lightweight that I could easily take from room to room, as well as something that was powerful enough to pick up all the dog hair from my two dogs. When I first received this vacuum it worked 2 times before the battery died and wouldnāt work again. The vacuum/battery was defective. To say the least I was not happy, but thankfully I had kept the box and was able to make an exchange for a new one. Keep the box until your return date! I decided to give this same vacuum another chance because I really liked it when I first tried it. The new one came quickly and Iāve now been using it for several months. I absolutely love it and it has made the chore of vacuuming so much easier and more enjoyable. I have absolutely no complaints and glad I stuck with it. It works really well and manages to clean up all the pet hair. It also is great for hard to reach places and around furniture. The light at the front of the vacuum is a nice feature as it shows the dust and hair on the hardwood floors that I wouldnāt have seen without the light. Itās easy to empty when finished and it can also fold in half for easy storage. I recommend giving this vacuum a shot if your looking for a cordless.

This little darling is the bomb. If my mother had of had this when I was a child I would have fought my brother to vacuum the house. I actually look forward to vacuuming now?? Not sure if thatās a good thing or not, but itās the truth.
I will say some extra battery life would be nice. We have a 1700 square foot bungalow, hardwood up, carpet and tile down. I need to charge it three times to do the whole house. Because of this I did order an extra battery. God forbid I have to pull out the central vac!!!

I love this vacuum so much that I have purchased two! It’s small and doesn’t take up space. I love how it can fold down and is very light weight. The suction is amazing, I have 2 dogs and 4 kids so I vacuum at least 2x a Dat and haven’t had an issue at all. My favorite part is being able to bend it so I can get under the sofas. The battery lasts awhile and the durability is amazing! I recommended this shark to all my friends and family!

I love this vacuum. I find it lasts a while before it needs to charge, we switched from a corded vacuum to this. And the power it has is also good. BUT the amount of times you have to clear it out is ridiculous. Itās marketed for pet hair yet clogs and then canāt suction the slightest bit of dog hair. I wouldnāt say I have an insane amount of pet hair either.
I might just be vacuuming wrong but itās very annoying.

It is so nice not to be fighting with an attached cord when you are cleaning. This vacuum has great suction and lasts 40 min on lower setting and about 35 min using both settings. Love it š I do all wood floors on low and rugs too and then go back over rugs on high and I have enough time to do all in a 1350 sq ft apt.I have bad Arthritis and back and the flexible wand is a life saver as you don’t have to bend down to do under furniture š I have always had Dysons but this gets along the edge of woodwork better than any of Dysons and no cord is awesome.š I would highly recommend this vacuum as I love ,love love it !!š

I’ve never spent over $300 on a vaccum before, the most I’ve ever spent was just over $100. After my dirt devil stopped working recently I decided it was time to invest in a worthwhile vacuum that wouldn’t stop working in six months time. I’ve never owned a Shark product before but have consistently heard positive things about their products over the years. Most of the online reviews were positive and this particular model has all the features that I was looking for.
I really do encourage everyone to read through the instruction guide/product manual prior to using the vacuum for the first time. It’s important to know the proper way to clean and use each part of the vacuum. Proper maintenance can make all the difference in extending the life of the vacuum.
The vacuum was a breeze to put together. Each piece easily locks into place without having to push hard. It was pretty straightforward for me but the included manual does an excellent job of showing how to connect all the parts. It came with two smaller extension pieces which are both extremely easy to place on and remove. I’m not a huge fan of the brush extension piece. I used it on my couch cushions to vacuum up small crumbs and debris but the suction on the brush extension is so weak that it barely picked up any of it. I do want to point out that this is ONLY the suction when you’re using the brush extension. The suction on the main vacuum parts is AMAZING.
I live in a tiny, two bedroom apartment that has high traffic. The amount of dirt and debris brought inside from our unpaved, dirt driveway is disgusting….so much so that I’m often vacuuming 2-5 times daily. The bedrooms are both carpeted but there’s also hardwood and linolium like flooring. I am so impressed with the way this vacuum gets all the dirt and dust off my kitchen floor (as well as my entrymat.) I’m EVEN MORE impressed with the way this vacuum cleans my low carpeting. I keep my apartment pretty tidy and was using my old dirt devil to vacuum the two carpeted rooms on a daily basis, so I didn’t expect much when I first tried this out on the carpet in my small bedroom. The amount of dust and dirt that this got out was enough to fill the debris cannister (not packed full.) Since then I’ve vacuumed over the entire carpet in my room 2-3 times, each time with the same result. It’s GROSS how much my old vacuum left behind. You can’t visibley see the dust and dirt on the carpeting so it was quite a shock.
Emptying the debris cannister is super easy, though you do have to detach the top, handheld portion of the vacuum in order to do it. I love how it literally pops open with the push of a button. I read in other reviews how some people have had issues with their debris cannister opening unexpectedly or not being able to detach it properly when it comes time to rinse it out, but nothing like that has ever happened to me.
The battery life has been great. Fully charged I can vacuum my entire apartment (kitchen, livingroom and two bedrooms) and still have some battery power leftover. It comes with a charging cord which easily plugs into the top of the vacuum or there’s also the option of removing the battery from the vacuum entirely and just plugging the battery into the cord. In order to stand upright without falling over you have to sort of fold the vacuum in half, which may sound like it’s a hassle (it was a concern of mine prior to purchasing) but it’s actually really simple.
Straight out of the box the vacuum comes labeled with small stickers (easily removed without leaving any residue) that easily explain the function of each button or gadget. This was extremely helpful for me in the first couple of days when I was still learning how to manuever and operate the vacuum. Once I got the hang of things I just peeled the stickers off but you could leave them on if you choose.
I’ve owned this vacuum for less than a month so I’ll have to wait and see how it holds up in the future. Will update review as needed, but from what I’ve seen so far I don’t believe I have much to worry about.
UPDATE – JULY 2023:
I’ve been using this vacuum daily since purchasing it in February and I’m still just as impressed as I was in the beginning. Cleaning it has been so easy. The only thing that bothers me in regards to cleaning it is you’re unable to detach the rolling brush to clean it properly. You’re still able to wipe it off but since it doesn’t come out it makes it impossible to clean the plastic cover which gets caked with dirt.
After 5 months of regular use the suction is still as powerful as it was on day one. The lights on the bottom are helpful for seeing dust and debris that I would have otherwise missed.
This vacuum is incredible!

Most features are great, no issues with the size of the waste bin, with a German Shepard and bulldog, I have to vac daily and I only have to empty once when Iām done. To go through the whole house, I run out of battery and that is using the turbo button sparingly. I do find issues with vacuuming up to a wall, you have to go at it from different angles to get everything picked up. Overall itās a solid machine for the money. I had 2 different tineco that I returned and ended with this one.

I love this vacuum!! It is amazing with our husky hair!! I also love I donāt have to mount a charger to my wall, it just folds over anywhere. None of the hair gets caught although you do have to check behind the roller as some gets caught up there. I did a ton of research when choosing this one, itās the only one that has the multiflex wand which is amazing, a hepa filter, the fins that donāt wrap hair, 20-45 min battery life, conversion to hand vac, and stays on without holding down a button. I did price comparison as well, Amazon is the only one that carries the pet pro with the multiflex wand in Canada currently. The others are just the pet pro, and trust me, you want this option!! Itās so easy to get underneath everything without moving it, or getting in the floor!! So happy with this purchase! Will be buying a spare battery for the big clean days!

This model has a removable battery with twice the power storage as the entry-level model, as well as the locking swivel in the handle. We have a 1250 sqft townhouse, mostly carpeted, and can vacuum the entire place on one charge, with a little charge to spare. Less battery would be a problem. Our son has the entry-level model and after trying it we were impressed with the lightness and power of the vac. We’re glad we got the more-expensive model (even if twice the price seems excessive). Previous battery-powered vacuums we have owned were not up to the task. But a light, cordless vac is wonderful — so much easier to use. The entry-level model doesn’t want to stand upright on its own when in storage, it needs to be supported somehow. This model folds up and stores in the closet quite nicely.
