[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the refrigerator Four out of five stars. With a couple of modifications, it gets a five star review.
#1 Access to The adjustable brake feet and roller assemblies can be made much simpler. You dedicate a full page of instructions on raising and lowering the brake feet. It be would be much simpler if you were to drill a three-quarter inch hole in each side of the grill so access to the break feet would be simple. As it stands now, you have to take To screws out of the grill, grasp it firmly and pull it off, allowing you access to the break. That is way too complicated and time-consuming. Have your engineers drill the holes.
#2 water dispenser. I’m sure you’ve used it at one time or another, but it requires the opening of both doors and using two hands to dispense the water. Change this arrangement so that you can access the water with one hand. Put in a press and hold switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give the refrigerator 5 stars but would have to give the installers a much lower rating. They taped the water supply line to the refrigerator and kinked the line on the refrigerator. We were getting little to no water to the refrigerator. Was about to call service but decided to check one more time the back of the refrigerator when I noticed the problem. Everything is working fine now and we are very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this a month, so I can only speak of that amount of time -I had 4 years of hell with first a Kitchen Aid, then replaced with a Jen Air by Whirlpool. They were both full of problems and hard to find anybody willing to work on them.
On the other hand, this Whirlpool, basic French door, bottom freezer, with an in-door water and ice maker in the freezer has so far been wonderful. It’s very big inside, I like the in-refrigerator water dispenser. It’s kind of different but it works well. I’m hoping that this simpler fridge will be the “durable” product a refrigerator is supposed to be,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had thus maybe a month,so far it has been awesome. Never had ice or water maker before and would never be without. It’s quite when it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator about three weeks ago. So far I’m pleased with it.the only complaint is I have to open both doors to access the deli drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we’re really pleased with our new Whirlpool. It is well organized and easily holds everything our old unit held. Preset temperature is perfect. Very quiet (we did not hook-up water & ice). Love the sensor that beeps if a door is ajar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue is I have is that the damper comes on and it’s a humming noise that is annoying when the house is quiet. Glad we didn’t get the ice and water on the outside door. It’s looks sleeker this way. Hopefully less technical problems in the long run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great for 9 months and then it just didn’t …lost all the food in my refrigerator and freezer.. Made me sick!!! Food is so expensive these days it’s crazy to go to the grocery store and when something like this happens, it’s even worse to think about all the money lost!! Build a brand new house last year moved in in October. This is June already lost this refrigerator.. Nothing is made as good as it used to be and it’s sickening to think about how weak things are I noticed that when shopping for appliances, but never would’ve thought this would’ve already happened!! . brand new house brand new refrigerator all whirlpool appliances. I’ve always had good luck with whirlpool. I had KitchenAid in my previous house. I don’t know what’s happening with it have to call service today. Hopefully they’ll take care of the issue and replace the refrigerator. A replacement would be better than parts because at this point I don’t trust it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one in a year because the Doors do not match up and the seals also are flawed because they keep tearing. This is one of three that my daughter and Mother-in -Law also bought the same model after we thought it was a good buy but are having same problem.
What does this Company plan on doing to resolve this issue
Unfortunately this was not the case and the new one has the same Flaw and the seal is tearing

If I could give this 0 starts I would. This is the worst appliance I’ve ever had. The upper “self closing” door won’t close completely unless you slam it, and the freezer doesn’t seal, making it frosty all the time and very difficult to open/close because the track it runs on gets all icy. The ice maker will regularly dump ice out all over my floor when I open the freezer, scaring the h*** out of anyone else sleeping in the house if it happens at night. When it makes ice, each piece that drops into the bin sounds like a gunshot. If I could chuck it over the back fence, I would. My cheap college apartment from 30 years ago had a better refrigerator. This thing works like something I might have purchased at the Dollar Tree. DON’T waste your money.
