[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the removable agitator and the deep water option. This feels like the clothes are actually getting clean. The agitator mixes the clothes around in the water more than our old HE machine did. The only feature I wish it had was a drawer or pull out container that held liquid detergent and fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine in February 2024, they asked me to give them my opinion about the washing machine, I thought I should wait until I tried it, now Sunday July 7th 2024 it just stopped working, it is too early for it to break down, I hope to speak to customer service And I hope you solve my problem as soon as possible. I also wanted to give my point of view, I think the Whirlpool washing machines of past years were the best, I know that one had to do almost everything manually, but the years went by and the washing machines worked like new.

I love wash an agitator gives our dirty farm clothes, BUT I love being about to take out the agitator to wash comforters and bulky blankets. This washer is the best of both worlds in one affordable machine!

This machine has been a huge disappointment. I’ve always had Whirlpool appliances and can’t believe how poorly this machine functions. Several of my clothes come out stained and had to be discarded. I had a repair person here and they said it’s because of lack of water so I always use large loads setting and it still happens. I’ve changed detergents and doesn’t make a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is very loud. Lots of banging noise and weird motor noises. I had a 35 year old top loader where I lived previously that ran circles around this. Had tech out said it was normal noises. not happy

the product came in broken the water reservoir. big gigantic hole in the bottom of the washing machine. associate said there is not one whirlpool certified technician or company to fix so I have to find one pay for it out of my pocket after buying a $958 appliance and wait to be reimbursed up to $200. I am not happy if you read this I would like someone to contact me to get me a new washing machine like I bought. thank you I am still waiting for help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer for 1 wk than I used it it made a lot of noise did not move nor Mr cleaned my clothes I sent this over sized junk box back didn’t give it another try, I should have tried it when it arrived i decided to try and find old style washer without those ridiculous gimmicks that doesn’t improve performance DONT BUY A WASHER THAT TELLS YOU HOW MUCH WATER YOUR LOAD NEEDS, or what kind of soap powder to use
